Harmony Barn was formerly a dirt-floor horse barn in Southwest Colorado that was completely remodeled to become a gathering and event space for the community. The owners of this beautiful 10-acre property envisioned a lively open space that could be used as a workshop space for artists, writers, and other creatives or the perfect place to host a small wedding or family reunion. Our team at SM Built was thrilled to dive into this exciting project and tackle the complete gut remodel to ensure a comfortable living and working environment. 

Some interesting features include a full kitchen with a serving window into the living area, stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, peek-a-boo windows that showcase the incredible mountain views, and a fun bathroom/laundry space for guests to use.
