SM Built has a simple philosophy: Our building model is designed to meet the unique demands of each individual project and client.
Our mission is to create lasting partnerships with our local community members, home owners, design team partners, and subcontractors by growing and sharing our knowledge of sustainable and efficient building practices to create better homes for our community. SM Built will always do our part to ensure Durango stays beautiful and green! Praying for rain and snow is always included in our projects. We can build with it, but certainly can’t build without it.
